You've got the skill and maybe your first customers. You don't know what order to do things in, what to charge, or how to get booked online without giving up your evenings.
Start here →Running, but stuck
You're a year or five in. Work is good. But the phone rings while you're on a job, quotes go out at 10 pm, and you're not sure what to fix first.
Start here →Starting a business, or fixing one, is scary. Not because it's hard, but because nobody tells you the order. Bank account first or paperwork first? What do I charge? Do I need insurance for this? Why does the phone always ring when I can't pick up?
I spent 18 years as a federal project manager moving entire offices. That job was this job: sit down with the person, understand what they have and what they're afraid of, put the steps in order, handle the parts they can't, and stay until it's done. People came out the other side saying “that was easier than I thought.”
That's what I do here. I walk you through it in plain words, and I build the parts you don't want to build.
I'm not a lawyer, CPA, or insurance agent, and I don't play one on your project. What I do is walk you through the steps in the right order, explain what each one is for, and point you to the right licensed people for the three decisions that need them: how your business is structured, how it's taxed, and what insurance to carry. I'll sit in on those calls if you want. Then I build everything that comes after.

For the new solo business. Cleaner, dog walker, handyman, trainer, anyone with a skill and a truck. You have the thing. This gets it open, in the right order, without you spending your nights working out which form comes first.
This is for you if you have your first customers, or about $5,000 set aside to launch. If you're not there yet, that's fine. The free launch checklist is the whole map. Do it yourself, and call me when you're ready for the site.
This is not the $4,500 Lead-Capture Website. That one is custom-designed, written for search, and built to capture leads. This one gets you open and bookable. Most people who start here come back for the bigger site in year two, and the plan is built so that's easy.

You're on a job. The phone rings. Now what?
Most of the businesses I talk to are not short on demand. They're short on hands. The phone rings while you're on a ladder, the caller gets voicemail, and most of them never call back. They hire whoever answers first. About 78% of customers go with the first business that responds. This system answers first, for you.
The monthly part is the point: $350/month covers monitoring, adjustments, and a monthly “leads caught” report. Every month you see exactly how many inquiries this system saved from dying.

Your website has one job: getting people who need you to contact you. Most small-business sites fail at it. They're slow, template-built, and silent about the thing customers actually want to know: can I trust you, and how do I book you? This is custom website design and development, done start to finish from Evergreen, Colorado.
What it doesn't include: online stores, logo design from scratch, ongoing SEO campaigns, blog writing.

Some businesses outgrow their spreadsheets. Jobs tracked in one place, invoices in another, schedules in a group text, and everything in the owner's head. When that's you, the answer isn't another subscription with 400 features you'll never use. It's a tool built around exactly how your business runs.
How it starts
I build production software with AI, the same way modern software teams do. That's not the product; it's the reason a custom website costs $4,500 here instead of the $10,000 to $25,000 Denver agencies start at, and the reason it's live in two weeks instead of three months.
You get custom work at a price that used to buy a template.
The founding-client round
I'm relaunching EverBot around these builds, and the first three clients get a head start: 6 months of the Care Plan included with a website build (hosting, small edits and updates within 2 business days, and a monthly traffic and leads report), or 3 months of monitoring included with a Never-Miss-a-Lead System.
I'll check in before your free months end. After that it's the normal monthly rate, and only if you want to keep it.
In exchange, three things in writing: I publish a named before-and-after case study with real numbers, you leave an honest Google review at the end, and you introduce me to two business owners with the same problem.
Claim a founding slot →I build with AI-assisted development, the same tools modern software teams use. One senior builder, no account managers, no overhead. You're paying for the work, not the office.
If a template is all you need, use one. Sincerely. My clients are businesses where leads are worth real money and a generic site is quietly costing them jobs.
That's a legal decision about your situation, so I don't answer it, and you should be careful with anyone who isn't a lawyer and does. What I do is explain what an LLC and a sole proprietorship each are, show you what the Colorado filing looks like, and get you to the answer fast: the free Colorado Small Business Development Center, or a business attorney. Most people have their answer within a week.
Then don't buy it yet. The free launch checklist is the whole map, in order, with the real links. Do it yourself. When you have customers and you're tired of doing the website part at night, call me.
I do. All of it. You'll never be handed off.
Fair question to ask anyone who works alone. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and once your final payment clears you own the site and everything in it. I build with standard, widely used tools, not a proprietary platform, so any web developer can take over without me: I hand over the code and walk them through moving it. Your first 30 days of fixes are on me, and after that the Care Plan covers maintenance for $175 a month, or you can hire me by the job.
The Never-Miss-a-Lead System works with whatever you have. And if your site is fine but your follow-up isn't, start there. It's the higher-ROI fix.
The system. The setup fee bought it, and it's yours: if you cancel, I hand off the accounts and configurations, the third-party subscriptions that power it move to your name, and it keeps running under your control. What stops is me: the monitoring, the adjustments, and the monthly leads-caught report. Monthly plans are month to month with 30 days notice.
The foundations are included in every website build: on-page SEO, structured data, fast pages, and your Google Business Profile, all set up so search engines and AI assistants can find and recommend you. What I don't do is ongoing campaigns: content calendars, link building, ad management. For those I'll refer you to people I trust.
The deposit covers work performed and isn't refundable once the build starts. Before kickoff, full refund, no questions.
30 minutes, no pitch. I'll tell you what I'd build, what it costs, and whether it's worth it for your business.
