Three things. Fixed prices. Fixed deadlines.

No proposals, no “it depends,” no discovery phase that costs more than the answer. Here's what I build, what it costs, and when it's live.

Build 1 of 3

The Lead-Capture Website

$4,500 flat · live in 14 days

Your website has one job: getting people who need you to contact you. Most small-business sites fail at it. They're slow, template-built, and silent about the thing customers actually want to know: can I trust you, and how do I book you? This is custom website design and development, done start to finish from Evergreen, Colorado.

What you get

  • A custom-designed, custom-built site. No templates, no page builders. Up to 6 pages, mobile-first, fast.
  • A real intake system: smart contact and quote-request forms that hit your phone and inbox the moment they're submitted, with an instant automatic reply so no inquiry sits unanswered.
  • Online booking, if you take appointments.
  • Your Google Business Profile set up or cleaned up.
  • SEO and AI-search foundations built in: structured data, fast pages, and plain answers to what you do, where you work, and what it costs, so Google and AI assistants can both find you and recommend you.
  • Copy written with you. You talk, I write.
  • Analytics so you can see what's working, and 30 days of post-launch fixes on me.

What it doesn't include: online stores, logo design from scratch, ongoing SEO campaigns, blog writing.

The details

  • Timeline: live in 14 days from kickoff.
  • Payment: 50% books your build slot, 50% at launch.
  • Care Plan (optional, most clients take it): $175/month. Hosting, updates, edits within 2 business days, and a monthly report of traffic and leads.

Build 2 of 3

The Never-Miss-a-Lead System

$2,500 setup · $350/month

About 27% of calls to home service businesses go unanswered (Invoca). And 78% of customers hire whoever responds first (Lead Connect). Every missed call and every quote that never got a follow-up is a job that went to a competitor who answered.

What you get

  • Missed-call text-back: anyone who calls and doesn't reach you gets a text within seconds.
  • Instant response to website inquiries, day or night.
  • Automatic follow-up sequences on quotes that haven't been answered, so nothing goes cold.
  • A simple pipeline view showing every lead and where it stands.
  • Works with your existing phone number and website. Nothing to replace.

The monthly part is the point: $350/month covers monitoring, adjustments, and a monthly “leads caught” report. Every month you see exactly how many inquiries this system saved from dying.

The details

  • Timeline: running within 7 days.
  • Payment: 50% to start, 50% when it's live.
  • Already have a website? This system works with whatever you have. Nothing to rebuild.

Build 3 of 3

The Custom Ops Build

From $7,500 · scoped individually

Some businesses outgrow their spreadsheets. Jobs tracked in one place, invoices in another, schedules in a group text, and everything in the owner's head. When that's you, the answer isn't another subscription with 400 features you'll never use. It's a tool built around exactly how your business runs.

What I build

  • Job and project trackers
  • Small business CRMs that match your actual sales process
  • Client portals
  • Scheduling and dispatch tools
  • Quoting systems and internal dashboards

How it starts

  • A free scoping conversation. We sit down, I learn how your business actually runs, and you leave with a fixed price. No fee, no obligation.
  • The detailed written scope is the first deliverable of your build.
  • Payment: 50/50, or 50/25/25 on milestones for larger builds.
  • Ongoing iteration and support from $500/month.

Why so much cheaper than an agency? And why so fast?

I build production software with AI, the same way modern software teams do. That's not the product; it's the reason a custom website costs $4,500 here instead of the $10,000 to $25,000 Denver agencies start at, and the reason it's live in two weeks instead of three months.

You get custom work at a price that used to buy a template.

How it works, for every build

  • Fit call (30 minutes, free). You tell me what's broken. I tell you what I'd build, the exact price, and whether it's worth it. Including “it's not.”
  • Book your slot. 50% deposit reserves your build slot. Work starts when it clears.
  • Build. You'll see progress throughout. This takes days, not months.
  • Launch. Final payment, you go live, and 30 days of fixes are included.

The founding-client round

I'm relaunching EverBot around these builds, and the first three clients get a head start: 6 months of the Care Plan included with a website build (hosting, small edits and updates within 2 business days, and a monthly traffic and leads report), or 3 months of monitoring included with a Never-Miss-a-Lead System.

I'll check in before your free months end. After that it's the normal monthly rate, and only if you want to keep it.

In exchange, three things in writing: I publish a named before-and-after case study with real numbers, you leave an honest Google review at the end, and you introduce me to two business owners with the same problem.

Questions people actually ask

I build with AI-assisted development, the same tools modern software teams use. One senior builder, no account managers, no overhead. You're paying for the work, not the office.

If a template is all you need, use one. Sincerely. My clients are businesses where leads are worth real money and a generic site is quietly costing them jobs.

I do. All of it. You'll never be handed off.

Fair question to ask anyone who works alone. Your domain is registered in your name from day one, and once your final payment clears you own the site and everything in it. I build with standard, widely used tools, not a proprietary platform, so any web developer can take over without me: I hand over the code and walk them through moving it. Your first 30 days of fixes are on me, and after that the Care Plan covers maintenance for $175 a month, or you can hire me by the job.

The Never-Miss-a-Lead System works with whatever you have. And if your site is fine but your follow-up isn't, start there. It's the higher-ROI fix.

The system. The setup fee bought it, and it's yours: if you cancel, I hand off the accounts and configurations, the third-party subscriptions that power it move to your name, and it keeps running under your control. What stops is me: the monitoring, the adjustments, and the monthly leads-caught report. Monthly plans are month to month with 30 days notice.

The foundations are included in every website build: on-page SEO, structured data, fast pages, and your Google Business Profile, all set up so search engines and AI assistants can find and recommend you. What I don't do is ongoing campaigns: content calendars, link building, ad management. For those I'll refer you to people I trust.

The deposit covers work performed and isn't refundable once the build starts. Before kickoff, full refund, no questions.

Tell me what's broken.

30 minutes, no pitch. I'll tell you what I'd build, what it costs, and whether it's worth it for your business.
