FAQ

  • What is EverBot?

EverBot is a Colorado-based company that connects people, robotics, and AI through hands-on education and interactive entertainment. From classrooms to community events, we create experiences that spark curiosity, creativity, and connection making technology both fun and approachable for all ages.

  • What kind of robot do you use?

We use the Unitree Go2 Air, a highly advanced quadruped robot. It can walk, trot, bow, stretch, and perform interactive tricks, all while navigating safely around guests.

  • Do you only serve Evergreen?

No while we’re based in Evergreen, we proudly serve clients across all of Colorado.

  • Does EverBot need space or a special setup?

EverBot works best in a safe, open area free of clutter or fragile items. At private homes, this could be a backyard, driveway, or cleared living room. At larger venues, a gym floor, stage area, or banquet space works perfectly. We’ll talk through your location ahead of time to make sure we have enough room for demonstrations.

EverBot runs on battery, but for longer events we’ll need access to a standard power outlet nearby to recharge between sessions.

  • Can EverBot be used indoors and outdoors?

Yes! EverBot can perform both indoors and outdoors:

Indoors works well on clear floors (wood, tile, gym, concrete, carpeted event space). We just ask that you move fragile items out of the demo area.

Outdoors best on flat, stable surfaces like patios, driveways, turf, or event lawns.

For safety, we don’t run EverBot in heavy rain, snow, or extreme heat, but light outdoor conditions are fine. If weather is a concern, we’ll work with you to move indoors or adjust the plan.

  • Do you offer school assemblies or classroom visits?

Yes! We offer classroom visits, assemblies, and community fundraisers designed to inspire curiosity through robotics and AI.

Classroom visits start at $320 for up to 30 minutes (small-group demo), while assemblies or school-wide demos start at $590 for up to one hour. Fundraisers or family events are available starting at $800 for up to two hours.

  • How do you incorporate STEM/STEAM learning?

We introduce students to robotics and AI concepts in an engaging, hands-on way. Demonstrations highlight programming, obstacle navigation, and real-world robotics applications sparking curiosity about science and technology.

  • Can students interact with EverBot?

Yes! Under supervision, students can see EverBot perform tricks, race, and even follow a volunteer. Interaction is always guided by our trained handler for safety.

  • Is EverBot safe around kids and pets?

Yes. EverBot is operated by a trained handler at all times. It has obstacle detection and safety protocols, and we ensure demonstrations are conducted in safe, controlled environments.

  • Do you carry insurance?

Yes, EverBot is fully insured for public events. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

  • What ages are your programs for?

We offer programs for all ages!

AI+Robotics Club: K-12 students, grouped by age (K-5, 6-8, and 9-12) so activities are age-appropriate

Adult Workshops: Ages 16+ (parents, professionals, and anyone curious about AI)

    Free Library Workshops: K-5 students

Educational Kits: Our current AI Foundations Series is designed for ages 8-12. Series for younger and older learners are coming soon.

  • How much do programs cost?

AI+Robotics Club: $250 per student for a 6-week session. All materials included. Limited scholarships are available for students on free/reduced lunch.

Adult Workshops: $35 Early Bird / $45 Regular for a 90-minute session. Light snacks included.

Free Library Workshops: Free! Open to the public at Evergreen and Conifer libraries.

Educational Kits: Starting at $13 for the Mini Prompt Kit and $45 for the AI Vision Layers Kit. Available on Amazon.

  • Do I need tech experience for adult workshops?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for beginners. Whether you've never touched an AI tool or you've been curious but didn't know where to start, you'll feel right at home.

We focus on practical, everyday understanding - not technical jargon. You'll leave with a clearer picture of what AI actually is, how it's being used, and how to approach it thoughtfully. No coding, no prior knowledge required - just bring your curiosity and your questions.

  • What will my child learn in the AI+Robotics Club?

Students explore how artificial intelligence and robotics work in the real world through hands-on activities, teamwork challenges, and live robot demonstrations.

    Over six weeks, they'll discover:

What "intelligence" means and how machines learn

How robots sense, interpret, and respond to the world around them

How AI tools they already encounter (like voice assistants and recommendations) actually work

How to think critically about technology and its role in their lives

No tech experience is needed - every activity is designed to be approachable, engaging, and fun. Kids leave with a stronger understanding of AI and the confidence to ask great questions about the technology shaping their future.

  • What are the educational kits?

Our educational kits are hands-on learning tools that teach AI concepts without requiring screens or coding. They're part of the EverBot AI Foundations Series, designed for ages 8-12.

Mini Prompt Kit ($13) An introduction to how AI responds to language. Kids (and adults!) explore how small changes in wording create completely different AI outputs. Uses a phone or tablet to compare results and sparks great conversations about how AI "thinks."

AI Vision Layers Kit ($45) A screen-free, tactile introduction to computer vision. Using physical layers, learners discover how AI breaks down and interprets images - the same way self-driving cars and facial recognition systems "see" the world.

These are the same kits we use in our AI+Robotics Clubs. They're designed for families, classrooms, and anyone who wants to make AI concepts tangible and understandable.

  • Can I use the kits for homeschooling?

Absolutely! Our kits are perfect for homeschool families.

Each kit includes guided instructions that make it easy for parents to facilitate - no AI expertise required. They're designed for flexible use: work through them one-on-one with your child, use them in a homeschool co-op, or let older kids explore independently.

The kits align with STEM learning goals and encourage critical thinking, observation, and discussion - skills that transfer far beyond AI.
