We use the Unitree Go2 Air, a highly advanced quadruped robot. It can walk, trot, bow, stretch, and perform interactive tricks, all while navigating safely around guests.

We provide experiences for weddings, private parties, kids’ birthdays, corporate events, school assemblies, fundraisers, community activations, and more. If you want to wow your guests, EverBot is the perfect fit.

No while we’re based in Evergreen, we proudly serve clients across all of Colorado.

Travel within a 2-hour radius of Evergreen is included at no extra charge. For events beyond that, travel, lodging, or per diem fees may apply.

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time.

The final balance is due 14 days before your event. For bookings within 14 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.

We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfers through Stripe.

Every booking includes a set number of hours on-site, but that doesn’t mean EverBot is “performing” nonstop the entire time. Think of it more like a walk-around experience:

At weddings, parties, or corporate events, EverBot mingles with guests, performs short tricks, poses for photos, and interacts in bursts throughout your booked time.

For schools, assemblies, or classroom demos, we typically do structured demonstrations (15–30 minutes) followed by Q&A, photo ops, or smaller breakout sessions.

During longer events, EverBot takes short recharge breaks, then returns to engage again.

EverBot is always managed by a trained handler who ensures both guest safety and the robot’s safe operation. While we’re happy to answer questions about robotics and AI, our role is to facilitate EverBot’s interaction not to act as part of a performance.

EverBot works best in a safe, open area free of clutter or fragile items. At private homes, this could be a backyard, driveway, or cleared living room. At larger venues, a gym floor, stage area, or banquet space works perfectly. We’ll talk through your location ahead of time to make sure we have enough room for demonstrations.

EverBot runs on battery, but for longer events we’ll need access to a standard power outlet nearby to recharge between sessions.

Yes! EverBot can perform both indoors and outdoors:

Indoors works well on clear floors (wood, tile, gym, concrete, carpeted event space). We just ask that you move fragile items out of the demo area.

Outdoors best on flat, stable surfaces like patios, driveways, turf, or event lawns.

For safety, we don’t run EverBot in heavy rain, snow, or extreme heat, but light outdoor conditions are fine. If weather is a concern, we’ll work with you to move indoors or adjust the plan.

Yes! We can accessorize EverBot with themed costumes (superhero, birthday hat, tuxedo, etc.) or custom branding (sashes, logos). Additional costs may apply.

Yes we offer assemblies, classroom demos, and fundraisers. Classroom visits start at $500 for 30 minutes (up to 30 students), while larger assemblies start at $1,000.

We introduce students to robotics and AI concepts in an engaging, hands-on way. Demonstrations highlight programming, obstacle navigation, and real-world robotics applications sparking curiosity about science and technology.

Yes! Under supervision, students can see EverBot perform tricks, race, and even follow a volunteer. Interaction is always guided by our trained handler for safety.

We’re happy to travel across Colorado. For events beyond the free radius, additional travel, lodging, or mileage fees will be added and outlined in your contract.

Yes. EverBot is operated by a trained handler at all times. It has obstacle detection and safety protocols, and we ensure demonstrations are conducted in safe, controlled environments.

Yes, EverBot is fully insured for public events. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
