Sales and Cancellation Policy.

At EverBot LLC, we strive to make every event seamless, professional, and unforgettable. To help ensure clarity and fairness, the following policies outline how bookings, payments, and refunds are handled.
Bookings and Deposits
To reserve EverBot for your event, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your date and allows us to begin planning for your event. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event.
Payments
Payments may be made through secure third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Full payment instructions will be provided once your booking is confirmed.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. If a cancellation occurs between 7 and 13 days before the event, 25% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
For bookings made within 14 days of the event date, the deposit is considered fully non-refundable due to the short notice and preparation required.
If EverBot LLC must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit. We may also work with you to reschedule your event at no additional cost.
Travel and Additional Costs
Travel within two hours of Evergreen, Colorado is included in all standard packages. Additional travel fees may apply for events outside this area. Any additional costs will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before your event.
Liability
EverBot LLC carries full insurance coverage for our services. However, clients are responsible for ensuring that their chosen venue allows for robot entertainment and that the event space is suitable and safe for equipment and staff.
