AI Club Policies & Payments

Registration and Payment
Enrollment is confirmed once payment is received in full via Zelle. Each session is limited to a number of students (depending on the schools guidelines) to ensure hands-on learning and personal engagement.

Payment due within 48 hours of submitting the registration form. If not received, the registration is released to the next family on the waitlist.

Program Schedule
Each program runs for six weeks, with one 90-minute session per week. Specific dates and times are listed on the registration form.

Cancellations & Refunds
If a session must be canceled by EverBot (e.g., instructor illness or scheduling issues), families will receive a credit or full refund for the missed session.

Sessions canceled due to school or district closures (including weather-related closures or power shut-offs) are not eligible for refunds or makeup classes, as these cancellations are outside of our control.

By registering, families acknowledge and agree to EverBot’s program policies, including cancellation and refund policies, as listed on our website.

Make-Up Policy
If your child misses a session, we’ll provide a summary sheet and optional activity to complete at home. Unfortunately, make-up classes are not available.

Behavior Policy
Students are expected to show kindness, curiosity, and respect toward instructors, peers, and equipment. We want every child to feel included, supported, and inspired.

Workshop Policies & Payments

Registration and Payment Workshop registration is confirmed once payment is received in full. Payment can be made via credit card at the time of registration. Workshops are limited in capacity to ensure a quality, interactive experience for all participants.

Pricing

  • Early Bird pricing is available for a limited number of spots per workshop and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Once Early Bird spots are filled, Regular pricing applies.

  • Pricing and availability are listed on each workshop registration page.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop are non-refundable.

  • If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no charge by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance.

EverBot Cancellations If a workshop must be canceled by EverBot (e.g., instructor illness, venue issue, or insufficient enrollment), registered participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future workshop.

Waitlist If a workshop reaches capacity, you may join the waitlist. Waitlisted registrants will be contacted in order if a spot becomes available. Waitlist placement does not guarantee a spot. If you are offered a spot from the waitlist, you will have 24 hours to complete payment before the spot is released to the next person.

What to Bring

  • A laptop or tablet is recommended for hands-on activities (optional but encouraged)

  • Your curiosity and questions!

Late Arrivals Workshops begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, please enter quietly. We are unable to extend workshop time or provide recaps for late arrivals.
