Liability & Venue Responsibility.
The client is responsible for securing a venue that permits outside vendors and entertainment, including humanoid robotics. The client must confirm in advance that the venue allows for the setup and operation of EverBot equipment.
EverBot LLC carries general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. If the venue requires proof of insurance, the client must notify EverBot in writing at least 14 days before the event so documentation can be supplied.
The client is responsible for any venue-related fees, permits, or additional requirements (such as power access, security approval, or floor protection). EverBot LLC will not be responsible for costs or penalties imposed by the venue.
EverBot staff will operate the robot and equipment at all times during the event. Guests and attendees must not interfere with, touch, or attempt to control the robot or equipment. The client assumes responsibility for any damage caused by attendees, guests, or third parties.
EverBot LLC is not liable for interruptions or cancellations due to venue restrictions, power outages, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, technical failure, or emergencies (commonly referred to as Force Majeure), EverBot LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services without penalty beyond a refund of payments already made.
