Liability & Venue Responsibility.

EverBot LLC carries general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. If a venue requires proof of insurance, the client or host must notify EverBot in writing at least 14 days before the event so documentation can be supplied.

The client or host is responsible for any venue-related fees, permits, or additional requirements (such as power access, security approval, or floor protection). EverBot LLC will not be responsible for costs or penalties imposed by the venue.

EverBot staff will operate all robotic equipment at all times. Guests, attendees, and participants must not interfere with, touch, or attempt to control the robot or equipment unless directed during a supervised, hands-on activity. The client or host assumes responsibility for any damage caused by attendees, guests, or third parties.

EverBot LLC is not liable for interruptions or cancellations due to venue restrictions, power outages, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, technical failure, or emergencies (commonly referred to as Force Majeure), EverBot LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services without penalty beyond a refund of payments already made.
